I'm confused on how to create my character. I'm still pretty new with the sheets. If you would assist I would be very grateful. I need help with the specifics for class and such. Thank you!

The party role thing I am not so sure how it works myself. Some people put numbers on them, but i don't know how they grad it. I just wrote descriptions in it, or deleted it entirely and just listed what the character is good at.
Racial abilities are just the various things pertaining to your race. So if you are human it would list a bonus feat and bonus skill points. Again, I just linked to the D20srd.org for mine, but if the race isn't in the SRD it is a good idea to list everything.
Feats, just list all of you feats and a short single sentence on what they do. Make sure to put in brackets which book they are from.
Class Abilities, list all of your class stuff.
Equipment, list all of the equipment and how much it costs. For the total, just add up all of the costs.

The idea is mostly to note where a character is balanced and where it is game-breaking. We want to catch any stinky cheese before play, not after. Regular cheese is ok. Just not the stinky kind.
For the rest, Gaiyamato has it right.
