I also approve, very necessary and balanced.

I'd also like to suggest some manner of scaling the benefits of feats that normally provide static boosts to either one skill (AKA: Skill focus) or to two or more related skills (Athletics, deceitful, negotiator). These feats are well known to be pointless, due to the fact that their benefit becomes increasingly meaningless as you level. Having the bonuses improve over time would help to keep these options relevant.

I agree with Nine.

How does this sound:
Skill Focus: Provides a +2 bonus to the selected skill, but you gain an additional bonus equal to 1/2 you character level(min 1).
Deceitful, Negotiator, etc.: Provide a +1 bonus with an additional bonus equal to 1/4th your character level(min 1).

Sounds good to me. Approved

Awesome. I'll be updating Phillip's sheet to reflect the bonus, then.

Should this thread be moved to one of the homebrew folders then?

Nope, I'm leaving it open so that these sorts of discussions can continue. I'm adding the feats to the houserules as they get approved

Making skill focus +1/2 character level seems quite... Potent. Then again, it is a feat, and over time... So I GUESS it evens out and is quite useful now? And it wouldn't be any more potent than the Gord Rogue skill boost, or what you can do with magic, so I suppose it works out.
...Wait, off to go make an Incantrix, Skill Focus: Spellcraft go!

It says +1/4 doesn't it? that doesn't seem to extreme, though it is on the level of a class feature.

This just came to mind:
Dodge: Dodge and Mobility are now rolled into one feat called Dodge. You count as having both feats for the purposes of Prerequisites. This applies to all variations of Dodge.
As for the bonuses, I feel like if you are spending one of your feats on Skill focus or the others its for one of two reasons: A. You want to be good at this skill(s) or B. Its a prerequisite for something. With my changes you are almost always better than someone of equal level at your skill and its less of a feat tax. The main purpose of most of my changes to to alleviate some feat taxes and condense some abhorrently long feat chains.

On the subject of cutting down feat chains, what about Spring Attack, Bounding Assault, and its other follow up feats? And if you don't think that allowing two-weapon fighters to make their off hand attack outside of full attack actions (or things that hamstring it in, like Wolf Fang Pounce), perhaps also allowing them to work with two-weapon fighters for the idea of a skirming attacker with both?

Point Blank was out of convenience and necessity to save two feats that should be together. Certain feats need to be in chains cause of their strength. Depending on what it is. I know a feat where it gives you Max HP per level, but you need to take like 5 feats and have tons of prereq's just to get to it, it's your choice if that's the type of charrie your playing.

Dodge being combined with mobility is approved, though I also made it so the dodge bonus scales with level, since a +1 bonus means nothing by 10th level.

We should table all of the new suggestions in the OP so they are easy to find.
Also what about the suggestions I posted on page 1?
Toughness and Great fortitude being rolled together with Toughness giving 2HP per HD makes it a good feat instead of 2 bad feats.
