The community on this forum is still alive, but the threads aren't.
Now's your time to step up and become the thing we all fear and admire... lightning crashes a DM!!! thunder roars
But seriously, who amongst you has the time, dedication and talent to see an adventure through to the end?
Feel free to comment, as always this is intended to inspire conversation, not throw anyone under a bus. =)

As you well know, I am not the most smartest of people. I don't make a good dm. I have tried. People always quit my campaigns.

Given that the adventure request i had agreed on has the OP missing for a while, i plan on actually starting a storyline, be warned, its likely going to be crazy, might happen not in faerun but in some kind of demi-plane, could have a lot of references, it might leave you with a sense of utter confusion and even straight out break the 4th wall, if you still agree to that, then i will start my really crazy "campaign" with hopefully the most active players, sounds like a deal?

believe me, its better to try than to have nothing, and as far as DMing is concerned, id say PbP is one of the easiest places to get started I second this ^ You've done well as a foil in Adventurer For Hire. Test your mettle in One of Many, we'll be gentle.

I give this notion my full support.

I do most of my participation in games while I'm in work. So my ability to actually run a game is... not optimal.

I'm a senior in high school that has college applications wrapped up and settled, and I get to leave 2 periods early everyday. However, when I DM, I have a tendency to be a little....snarky. Well, snarkier than usual. Example: Player: "Can I make a sense motive check to see if the merchant is legit?"
DM: "Sure"
Player: "Natural 20!"
DM: "The merchant's motive is to make a profit."
Player: "What? That's all I know?"
DM: "You sensed the merchant's motive, so I told you her motive." Of course, since this isn't my campaign entirely (aka I have to follow the site's house rules instead of my own, which is fine), I would probably not do that. No guarantees .
