Overtone Throat-Singing
Requires: Perform(Throat-Singing) 4, Human (Horse-Plains) or Knowledge(Local) - The Horse-Plains 2
Benefit: You may replace Perform(Throat-Singing) checks with Concentration checks. Feats and classes that require concentration skill ranks can be qualified for through Throat-Singing ranks. Maneuvers/Spells/Spellcasting etc. that require Concentration Checks still require actual Concentration ranks.
Special: This can be taken at 1st level only.

Horse-Plains Throat-Singer
The Barbarian horsemen of Kara-tur are known not just for their strange ways and their invasions of the Shou region. But also for a unique skill to sing with their throats. For some among them this extends beyond their regular social bonding uses for the music and allows them to bolster the abilities of their comrades as they ride into battle.

Song of the Horsemen
A Horse-Plains Throat-Singer with 8 or more ranks in Perform(Throat-Singing) can use his songs to help an ally in battle. The ally must be within 30 feet and able to hear the singer. The singer must also be able to see the ally.
The ally gets a +4 competence bonus on attacks rolls with bows as long as he or she continues to hear the bard’s music and is mounted on a horse. The effect lasts as long as the singer concentrates, up to a maximum of 2 minutes. A singer cannot gain this bonus from his own song. Song of the Horsemen is a mind-affecting ability.
Turon Circle Magic
This allows the Throat-singer to join a circle to enhance their magic. Unlike the Hathran and Red Wizards however it does not always involve spellcasters and does not have a dedicated leader.
A minimum of 3 singers with at least 5 ranks in Perform(throat-singing), one of whom must be able to cast at least 3rd level spells, must form the circle no more than 10 feet in radius, at first all sitting in a ring. The highest level spellcaster starts the song by casting a spell into the centre of the circle, acting as the circle leader for at least 1 minute, as the song rises and becomes more complex each member of the circle takes a turn at raising the volume of their voice above the others. Each participant as it is their turn may either cast a spell into the circle, or may make a perform(throat-singing) check DC 10+the number of total singers within the circle. Each spell or successful check adds 1 circle point into the circle. At the completion of the song these are divided evenly among all participating spellcasters and may be used to achieve the following effects, as determined by the caster:
These effects last for 24 hours or until expended.
Song of the People of the Plains
A Horse-Plains Throat-Singer with 12 or more ranks in Perform(Throat-Singing) can use his songs to help his people as they travel. The ally must be within 30 feet and able to hear the singer. The singer must also be able to see the ally.
The ally gets a +6 pride bonus on endurance checks, saves vs extreme cold or heat, and gains +1 heat protection as long as he or she continues to hear the bard’s music and is mounted on a horse. The effect lasts as long as the singer concentrates, up to a maximum of 10 minutes. Unlike other Bardic music a singer also gains the bonus of this song, though only while it is maintained. Song of the People of the Plains is a mind-affecting ability.
Empowered Circle Magic
If you are part of a Turon Circle then provide the listed bonus as a bonus in circle points assigned to every member of the circle including yourself. Bonus points from multiple circle members can stack with one another.
Song of the Stallion
A Horse-Plains Throat-Singer with 15 or more ranks in Perform(Throat-Singing) can use his songs to help riders travel long distances. The rider and horse must be within 60 feet and able to hear the singer. The horse gains a bonus of +20' movement and counts it's load as half the weight to determine encumbrance, riders can sleep and heal naturally while remaining prolonged periods in the saddle as long as he or she continues to hear the bard’s music and remains mounted on a horse. The effect lasts as long as the singer concentrates, up to a maximum of 8 hours after completion. Unlike other Bardic music a singer also gains the bonus of this song. Song of the Stallion is a mind-affecting ability.
Song of the Horde-riders
A Horse-Plains Throat-Singer with 18 or more ranks in Perform(Throat-Singing) can use his songs to enhance large groups of riders as they charge into battle. The riders must be within 180 feet, the music rises above and blends with the pounding of the hooves and the war cries as the horde moves forward. To qualify as a horde it must comprise of at least a minimum of 100 warriors mounted on war horses. The riders gain +2 AC bonus, +2 to all Saves, and a single use +10 to strike with a lance or Scimitar on a charge attack, these are all morale bonuses. The effect lasts as long as the singer concentrates, instantly ending as soon as the song stops. A singer cannot gain this bonus from his own song. Song of the Horde-riders is a mind-affecting ability.
