The servants of Sithrak are both a bleak group and at the same time rather liberating. They believe that their dead God was the creator of all suffering. Sithrak created these things simply because he hates everything. Everyone is tortured after death regardless of how they behaved in life. There is no code of ethics to follow, do what you like! Sithrak hates you anyway! Followers of Sithrak do not mind inflicting pain, but do not seek to inflict more pain usually. What does it matter? Everyone is going to face an eternity of suffering! Instead they seek to convince the sick and dying to gain treatment to prolong their suffering in life and to avoid their eternity of torture for a little longer, or evil followers seek to convince the sick and dying to embrace death and eternal suffering, and to convince others to turn away from worship of the others Gods so that Sithrak may have more souls to torment. For this reason the other Gods turned on Sithrak in disgust and destroyed him. Particularly grim and bleak cults still worship Sithrak and seek to revive the God, in the hopes that all will suffer equally and no one will need to chose between right and wrong ever again. Demons seem to particularly enjoy stirring up the odd Sithrak cult out of pure amusement.
