Yes, please shut us up before one of us hurts ourselves!

It's a little creepy imaging moving into an area that looks normal, only to feel like someone you love has died while you're also being watched.
Just me?

It happens a lot to me when I DM too. Sometimes you have this great narrative that you're trying to set up, but you're not quite sure how to set up the foreshadowing. It's one of the reasons Narrative Dming can be so difficult compared to Mechanical DMing

Ava does her ten minute personal ritual to refresh her Limit Boosts and Cartridges. If we weren't setting up camp here before, we definitely are now.

It's one of the reasons Narrative Dming can be so difficult compared to Mechanical DMing i hope you keep doing that. it's not easy to make someone have an emotional reaction to your story. so if you're doing it, then you're probably doing it well. i'm guessing the scene was meant to be creepy. i might be wrong? only gilgamesh can really say, but i liked it. stuff like that is 1 reason why i don't think i'll ever try to be a storyteller/dm. it's hard enough knowing about the mechanical stuff. but that plus trying to figure out a storyline is something else entirely. do you guys ever DM yourselves? can you recommend any "out of the box" stories to suggest to me to try?

It was meant to be somewhat creepy. I'm glad it had that effect on you. I'm going to go to the next morning, and the arrival in town quite soon. If anyone wants me to wait or doesn't want that to happen just let me know. Also, I'm really glad that you seem to be enjoying this so far, but if I do something wrong definitely feel free to tell me. All I want is for this to be enjoyable.

Just to confirm, Keama is not leaving the group, he just figures he can do some better information gathering on his own.

Sorry, guys. Were still going but I might be a little slow. I'm going to be in another country so I might have less chance to post, and I might also not have internet the whole time. But don't worry, this is still going on.

Okay, so I had an idea and I figured I'd run it past you guys and see what you think. So I was thinking of ways to increase inter-character interaction without completely bogging down the adventure with pages of RP, when it hit me. What if we had a sub-thread within the adventure thread for in-camp interactions, similar to the camp location in Dragon Age origins. That way the characters can discuss the events of the story or what happened in the dungeon without drastically slowing down the pace of the main thread.

I like that plan, we already have the vignette's page though, so maybe we could put it there?
Also rolls for Keama searching and gathering info, can't really think what else he'd wanna do...

I agree wholeheartedly with getting a vignette up for our group to actually RP together and get to know each other

Given that there has been no activity within the adventure thread from anyone in nearly a week, I am officially resigning form this campaign. I hope to see all of you around on the forums
