I believe in a full attack with natural weapons, claws are usually primary and have no penalty, while the bite is usually secondary and has a -5 on the attack roll. If you have the Multiattack feat, this penalty goes down to -2.

She could not full attack unless she has pounce or similar though. She had to move through the fighting to melee the mage. Harbin let her through though as everyone was heavily engaged and not paying her much attention. So she could chose any one single attack. I am thinking the mage had a very low AC, so the bite hits either way, and he was on 1hp.. sooo he died. lol

Out of the 12 surviving Orcs the two standing Orcs are each raised to level 3. 3 More become level 2. The rest feel sad. Most of the unconscious Orcs were near death. 3 Orcs are dead.

Well I say we improve the Orc equipment first. Upgrade the Studded Leather to Scalemail. Give them a Falchion, Longsword, Heavy Steel Shield each. Swap the Javelins for Heavy Crossbows.
Much nastier force then.
Are the Orcs going to demand some of the gold coins?
We also have a Ballista with no ammo and a Light Catapault? Random treasure much.
Ok. We have 5 horses, they should be used to pull 2 of the wagons. That means we can take only some of this stuff though right?
Stuff like the chisels can be left behind. lol

Then besides a portion of the gold and corpses, I guess she will ask for the magic bag, she really has no use for the massive amounts of equipment there and would likely be best to hand over to minions depending on situation

Btw: outfits, grappling hooks, pitons, rope ladders, glasscutters, are we raiding a castle next? Also sickles, wood axes and the animal traps makes me think aggriculture and otherwise establishing a place to live is not such a bad idea either, can I tell my ghouls to harvest crops? XD PS: i just realized that raising them makes them lose all class based HD to a minimum of 1, which makes them CR1, so, i can raise 4 guards as ghouls at a time

Well we might be needing to establish our own settlement eventually. However I hope to be able to sell a lot of that and make more loot. There are settlements around the edge of the desert who might buy some of it from us. Matter of getting it all there.
Those two locks bother me. No keys, and the Carriage seems to be the central part to the Caravan. What is inside must be worth a fortune, or be of serious importance to the Zhentarim.

We pay the Orcs to keep them loyal: 2sp x level. So the 2 level 3 are 6sp per day each. The 3 level 2 are 4sp per day each, which leaves us with 8 level 1 at 2sp per day. That is 8+(4x3)+(2x6) = 8+12+12 = 32sp per day. I say we pay them for 1 month. That gives us 28x32 = 896sp or 89.6gp. I'll take that from my share.
