Tall trees branching together like a maze, treetops covering the sun, despite her speed and ease to see in all kinds of light levels, An'Drye had somehow become lost, she did not doubt her own ability or sense of direction, there was magic at work here, it was easy enough to detect, but that didn't solve the problem of being ultimately lost.
She decided to just continue walking, endurance was her forte after all, not for nothing had she started wwalking all the way to memnon after receiving the invitation letter back at cormyr, who knows, maybe the caster would grow bored.

It was a beautiful spring day, still cool, but the snow was nearly completely melted, only hiding in dark crevices and other places where the sun couldn't reach. The birds chirped peacefully, singing happily, completely unaware of An'Drye's plight. If she was lucky, she'd find a friendly druid or traveler to point her in the right direction. Or come across a road. Not such was her luck, but.. something unexpected happened instead..
Up stalked a leopard. It crept slowly upon the angelic being with interest, perhaps wondering if she might make a meal or be a threat. An'Drye's eye caught a glimpse of it, and it also knew she saw it. The leopard froze, some 20 feet away; its body tensed and a low growl could be heard. Just then, there was another voice. It whispered something foreign. Sweet, rather high-pitched like a child, and calm. "(Sylvan) It's alright, she is no threat." The leopard visibly relaxed.
Then, the fairy appeared, who happened to be riding on the leopard's back. A pixie, in fact. Her hair was extremely long and light pink. It cascaded down her slender form, nearly brushing against the ground as she rode upon the animal, even. She wore nothing, she had nothing, just a warm smile upon her face and the leopard's company. It was clear she was a wild little thing, as even small stems and leaves stuck out from her tangled hair, and dirt smudged her otherwise flawless skin.
Gazing at the woman with goodwill and interest, she says, "Hello, traveler. It's a beautiful day, isn't it? I'm sorry about Tyrone. He tends to be weary of anything bigger than himself!" The pixie said, giggling.

An'Drye sighs in relief, she is aware and prepared for the dangers of the wild, but she would rather not harm an animal if she can help it.
Seeing a friendly talking being lets her go back to her usual self, as an aura of peace and calm sorrounds her, her silvery eyes seem to shine along her crystalline scales as a reflection of her inner light, she greeted this small person with a graceful bow.
"Well met miss, it certainly is a beautiful day, I have missed the scent of nature all around, but am still glad to meet a friendly face."
She kneels to be closet to the height of the feline, and extends her hand slowly, trying to bond with it like she would any of the big felines of her younger times, "It is no problem, but I am glad that any trouble or misunderstandings could be avoided. "

Blossom smiled as the woman reached out towards the leopard, watching her interact and bond with it in her own way. This was good. "Oh, I'm sure you could've scared him off. He's really a nice, gentle one. Well, when he's not hungry.. oh, those poor rabbits..." the pixie fretted, remembering a time somewhat recently when her companion decided to go hunting for food.
She shook her head and frowned, looking back over to An'Drye. She was a very strange woman indeed. "Hmm... you aren't like anyone else I've seen before..." Blossom eyed her more closely with growing curiosity. "Your skin... like scales, but clear... and your wings, large like a bird... Who are you? Where do you come from?" she asked.

An'Drye happily pets the leopard for a moment but the last questions make her hesitate, she ponders for a moment, no-one had ever believed her, but then, it couldn't do any harm either.
"That, is a very long story, but if you care to hear it, I guess I the time to tell it." - she wasn't looking forward to it, but she still had a tiny shred of hope that someone could understand her.

Blossom could feel the discomfort of the other woman, though she was still curious. "You don't have to tell me anything you don't want to. Though, perhaps a name would be nice at least, if you'd care to share my company. Wouldn't want to have to keep saying 'hey you!' all the time!" The pixie laughed again melodically, sounding so young and innocent.
"My name is Sear'Se. Or Blossom, if you'd like. And I'm from.. nowhere, I guess. Or perhaps everywhere."

An'Drye chuckles at the little beings personality, having calmed down from her last memories of that era "Thanks Blossom, my name is An'Drye, but if you wish you may call me Annie."
She takes a deep breath, the memories were painful, but she felt she could share them this time, "And i am... i was, from Myth Drannor, long long ago when it was still the capital of the Eladrin that built it, The City of Love it was called, such a terrible fate did it have..."
An'Drye sits down leaning on a tree, tears dropping even as she continues to smile, like she always had, for she knew that despite all the bad things, there was still so much good in the world.

Blossom smiles softly. "Annie. I like that. It sounds nice." Her eyes go wide at the mention of Myth Drannor, however. She had also heard of the Eladrin. "W-wow! Really?!" she asked, not really in disbelief, though it was more like a common reaction of hers.
Blossom instinctively went over to comfort her, floating off the leopard with her crimson, gossamer wings and extending a small hand to Annie's knee. "I-I'm sorry about your loss. Please don't cry..."

An'Drye looks at the small pixie, caring and friendly, the world would be a better place with more people like her, but thats not something so easily accomplished either.
An'Drye focused on something happier to regain her calm, like the fact that she had met such a nice friend "I-I'll be fine, i know this sounds silly, but i'm destined to suffer, you see, i can feel the pain of the living beings around me, supposedly, it is a way to tell me that i still have much work to do in life."
She pauses for a moment, realizing that she's not making any sense "I guess i should start from the beggining, i look like this because i am a half-breed, the result of a pact between celestials and ancient dragons, both trying to put a stop to senseless murder by men and monster alike, in asense, my destiny was forged for me, left in the forest where they knew the eladrin would find me, they probably knew exactly what would happen after..."

Blossom nods solemnly. "So.. they put you there, in Myth Drannor before.. well, I heard it was overrun with demons." The pixie shudders, thinking about it. She made sure she never went near that place.
She sat down on An'Drye's leg, about the same time as Tyrone decided to lie down, flicking his tail idly. "That was a long time ago, wasn't it?" she asked, a bit curious at least as to what had happened since then. "I think their cause, your purpose is a noble and just one. But I don't see why anyone should be destined to suffer..." Blossom looked to the half-celestial with concern and pity.

An'Drye nods, more than calm you can feel... acceptance, you can tell she has endured far too much now to even be sad at the fact. "One who has not felt true pain cannot hope to mend it, yet a single lifetime is not enough for anyone to even try to comprehend the pain of the world."
She recited word by word, engraved in her mind, such are the dangers of passing words through the celestial plane, "They made me able to feel the pain of everyone around me, but even then they knew it would take too long, too much pain for anyone to bear, what i said before, is what they told me the first time i died, the night the demons attacked."

Blossom frowned. "That's.. that's terrible... but maybe it is true, I don't know. I'm just sorry..." the pixie lamented. Looking up into An'Drye's eyes with hope, she asked, "Can you feel the joy and comfort of those around you as well?"

An'Drye's smile widened in happiness, such a big heart in such a small body "Yes i can Blossom, that is why i can keep on smiling, and you know what, im really glad i met you, and i hope that wherever we go, i can continue to call you a friend."

Blossom beamed with happiness. "Well, perhaps it is an even trade then! I hope we can always be friends, too, Annie!" She tilted her head a bit to the side, a new question forming in the curious pixie's mind. "Where are you going anyway?"

An'Drye suddenly remembers why she was crossing the forest to begin with, thankful for having departed with plenty of time she takes out an envelope, inside is a letter with a bunch of instructions in common, as well as another letter, written in celestial.
"This is an invitation to an expedition to the Chult for some kind of forgotten heirloom, you know, rich people like protection and adventurers like me are the best at it, the other, well to put it short its a message from my superiors, telling me i should go, i dont know how they intercepted the letter and honestly i dont want to know, but i have nothing better to do anyway, over 600 years is a very long time after all."
She ponders for a moment before asking "would you like to come along?"

"Oh, the Chult?" Blossom asks with.. not really curiosity, no, she knew of that place. Perhaps a building excitement. "I've heard of that! It's pretty nice around there!" Of course, a pixie such as herself probably would think a sweltering jungle was a perfect place to be...
She peered at the letters with interest, though she didn't understand them in the slightest. A blank look formed across her face. "So, you're looking for an heirloom.. and adventure! That sounds like fun!" she said, beaming again. "I'd love to join you, Annie! How about you, Tyrone, you want to come too?"
The leopard just looked a bit to the side and yawned, rather disinterested. Didn't seem like he was interested. Or, more likely, he simply didn't understand anything that was being said.

An'Drye chuckles, glowing with her inner light as the clear sign of how happy she is, the blue-ish shade that the light brings to the forest makes it look almost as if underwater, and she looks happily to the beautiful sight- "If your mount doesnt wish to tag along then i can carry you, it is no problem at all."
As An'Drye finally gets ready to stand up and continue she realizes something "Oh right, would you mind showing me to the southern exit of this forest? I seem to have gotten lost before i met you."

Blossom looks with wonder at An'Drye and around the forest as it lights up in a glorious blue. "Wow, that's beautiful.." she says with awe. Realizing she was being talked to again, she giggles at the statement. "Oh, he isn't my 'mount'! He's my friend! He was only carrying me because he wanted to, and I was just going wherever he was going.."
Then again, An'Drye offered to carry Blossom as well, though she wasn't sure how comfortable that would be with her scaly skin and armor... She tilted her head to the side thinking about it and shrugged. Probably didn't need to be carried unless she got particularly tired anyway. To An'Drye's second request, Bossom replied, "Well the southern end of the forest is to the south!" She pointed in the appropriate direction and said it with yet another giggle. Silly person, why can't you tell North from South?

An'Drye offers her hand as she stands up, her "skin" surprisingly soft and warm, "Im sorry, I often use the stars for guidance and they cant be seenfrom here, by the way, do you hhappen to have any clothes to wear? I dont mind at all but most people do, so its just a precaution really. "

Blossom smiles. "No need to apologize to me, Annie. I'm happy to help!" Though she looked rather confused at the celestial's second line of inquiry. "Huh? No, I've never needed any clothes. And what do you mean most people would mind? I haven't met anyone that cared, and I don't see why anyone should."
